The most recent sessions in Taiwan and Shanghai reinforced key leadership principles and provided hands-on training to enhance management capabilities.

In Taiwan, a three-day course brought together supervisors, front-line leaders, and high-potential employees to sharpen essential leadership skills. The sessions emphasized teamwork, collaboration, and structured management, equipping participants with practical tools to navigate daily leadership challenges.

Interactive exercises encouraged reflection on how leadership extends beyond task delegation to guiding teams toward shared goals.

At Advantek Shanghai, a refresher course focused on strengthening leadership fundamentals for managers and HR professionals. A key exercise challenged participants to convey instructions without visual aids, underscoring the importance of clear communication in effective leadership.

The session highlighted three core leadership skills:
